Cancellation & Refund Policy:


1. Cancellations

1.1. Should there be any changes to Your travel plans and You need to cancel, please let Us know prior to you arrival date to avoid being charged a penalty.
1.2. Cancellations made prior to 3 days of reservation date: 100% refund.
1.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation date: 50% will be charged of the first day of stay
1.4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation date: 100% will be charged of the first day of stay.
1.5. For all No-shows 100% of full reservation will be charged
1.6. Reservations made using Credit Card, Debit Card and/or bKash, cancellations of such transactionswill incur a 10% extra admin fee.

2. Refunds

2.1. No refunds will be paid in the event of public transport delays, political unrest, disruption or disruption due to security alert or other force majeure.
2.2. Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 10-15 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.


3. Third Party Reservations

If You made Your booking with a third party website You will have to contact that company directly, as reservations team at La Vista Hotel are not permitted to cancel, amend or change third party website bookings. Always check Your cancellation policy as non-refundable, non-transferable bookings cannot be changed, amended or cancelled by La Vista Hotel.
